Monster Kookies items can be bought in my Etsy Shop. If you do not have an Etsy account, and you have decided on a purchase, e-mail me at: monster_kookies@hotmail.com to order.
E-mail me the following information:
1. The name of the item/s you want.
2. For custom orders - the colours, size, and type of jewellery you want.
3. Your shipping address.
4. How you will be paying.
If you are paying by Paypal:
Include your Paypal account e-mail address with the e-mail, as well.
I will send you a Paypal invoice for your purchase.
Wherever you may be, shipping is done via Canada Post Small Packet Air Mail. If you live in Canada, it will be sent via Expedited Parcel. Jewellery is shipped in a lovely kraft chipboard box, snuggly wrapped with tissue paper and cotton, and packaged in biodegradable and recyclable padded kraft paper envelopes to keep your precious goodies safe!
*Note* These are the prices for one or more items. The boxes are about 3.5 x 3.5 x 2 inches so they can fit several items.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes I do! If you order more than one item, it does not cost more. That's the beauty of unlimited shipping! If you can manage to fill up one of my boxes with all your goodies, that's awesome! However, for large custom orders like figurines and things that don't fit in a small box, it may or may not cost a bit extra.
How long does it take until I recieve the item?
If you're in Canada, it will take up to 1 week after the item has been made. For the US and International, it could be up to about 2 weeks, but rarely ever longer than that.
Will you do rush orders?
Yes, that's not a problem at all. Sometimes people are in a rush, and I understand that and can easily accomodate you. If you're in the U.S or Canada, I can ship items via Xpresspost for an extra cost, so just ask - this will get your items to you in about 3 to 5 business days after it has been made and shipped.
All purchases of in-stock items can be made through my Etsy Shop or by e-mailing me personally at monster_kookies@hotmail.com for in-stock items as well as custom items.
Paypal: Paypal is preferred, fast, and easy. If you don't have an account, get one at Paypal.com.
Credit Card: I accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through Paypal - but you don't need a Paypal account to use a credit card. Just let me know if you want to use this as an option and I will send you an invoice. When you recieve the invoice in your e-mail inbox, click on the link that brings you to the invoice details, and beneath where it says to log in it will say "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available)." Click on that link, and you can put in your credit card and shipping details! Easy as pie. :)
Email Money Transaction: For Canadian residents only. If you do your banking online, you know what these are. They are quick, easy, and are done simply by typing in the recipients e-mail address and giving them the answer to a secret question you create to complete the transaction.
